The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV, NEWPORT) is soliciting proposals from industry for the Fabrication, Assembly, Inspection, and Testing of a quantity of 2 First Article Bandpass Filter and 2 First Article Relay Driver PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD ASSEMBLIES per NAVSEA drawings 53711-66916 and 669819 respectively. Also required is a Production quantity of 100 Bandpass Filter and Relay Drivers. In addition, there are several data deliverables required consisting of First Article and Production test data, ECP, NOR, DEVIATION, WAIVER, and S/N ASSIGNMENT per DD Form 1423 provided. Included is an Option I quantity range of 30-40 Bandpass Filter and Relay Drivers. A SUPPLY type contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) provisions is contemplated. The Government intends to make a SINGLE AWARD for 2 First Articles, Production quantity of 100 and an OPTION I quantity range of 30-40. Selection of the successful offeror will be determined by application of a source selection process that includes BEST VALUE CRITERIA. Offerors are required to submit Technical and Cost volumes describing their engineering and manufacturing processes, management approach, quality control, past performance, schedule and cost control mechanisms, including corporate experience with Printed Circuit Card assemblies.
