The vestibule fly is made in accordance with drawing #5-4-7962. It is fabricated from a vinyl coated polyester material (MIL-PRF-44103) in either a camouflage green or desert tan color. The completed fly forms a three dimensional saddle shape that is formed by joining flat fabric panels that have catenary shaped edges. The fly measures approximately eighteen feet in length by twelve feet in width. The fly comes equipped with four 3/8-inch diameter guy lines made from black polypropylene rope and equipped with tent slips.
