Under Section 8a of the Small Business Act, the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego intends to negotiate a cost reimbursement ID/IQ contract for the following services: maintain and operate a restoration depot located at Old Town, San Diego. The depot accomplishes fabrication, manufacturing, remanufacturing, restoration, repair, overhaul and calibration of electronic, electro-mechanical and test equipment. In addition, the contractor will be required to provide worldwide technical support services for military equipment, assemblies and sub-assemblies which includes repair/fabrication at the command or in the Fleet or at shore installations; provide cryptographic and RADIAC support services; provide depot capability development for emergent customer requirements; provide engineering development in support of a wide variety of military programs and projects. Majority of work shall be performed at a GOGO facility in Old Town, San Diego. The period of performance will be one base year and 4 one year options with an estimated LOE of 207,063 hours each year.
