The Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics (OPPT) has a requirement for the meeting and conference support. The contractor shall arrange for meeting facilities and required equipment; making non-Federal Government participant travel arrangements and tracking and reimbursing pre-approved non-Federal Government participants travel and per diem expenses; support the preparation and presentation of reports, including duplication and distribution of documents; and provide editorial support, audiovisual support, audio taping and transcription of tapes; prepare summary reports; and, if needed, provide a meeting facilitator. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 8744. The anticipated contract will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) type with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The basic quantity per period will be 8,000 hours with an option to increase the quantity 16,000 hours per period. The Request for Proposals (RFP) should be posted on Internet on or around April 15, 1999. A limited number of hard copies of the RFP will be available on a first come basis.
