This requirement consist of two parts (1) containerizable cargo (with appendices for major customers) and (2) breakbulk cargo. This is an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a minimum and maximum monetary limit. The government intends to award multiple contracts for the same services to more than one source under this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be for a period beginning 1 Oct 99 through 30 Sep 00 and willinclude a six month option period.
