The project consists of expanding an existing restroom and converting it to a locker room. Project scope includes the relocation of existing interior partition walls, demolition of all existing plumbing fixtures, and the installation of new showers, plumbing fixtures, and Government-furnished lockers. Project also consists of modifying existing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to accommodate the new locker room. The estimated cost range is $25,000 to $100,000. Work to be accomplished at the U.S. Coast Guard Aviation Training Center, Mobile, AL. This Coast Guard Activity is located at the north side of Mobile regional Airport, accessible by way of Tanner Williams Road. This project falls within a designated industry group subject to the small business competitiveness demonstration program and is unrestricted due to its anticipated dollar value.
