A five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract is contemplated. The minimum contract quantity is 300 each and the maximum contract quantity is 1,600 each. The first year ordering quantity is 300 each, F.O.B. destination to Texarkana, TX, Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA. The estimated ordering quantity for the second through the fifth year is 250 each. Initial delivery with First Article Testing will be 81 each by 201 days after award, with subsequent monthly deliveries of 80 each. Initial delivery without First Article Testing will be 81 each by 161 days after award, with subsequent monthly deliveries of 80 each. Only approved sources who have successfully completed the required engineering test(s) will be considered for award of this flight safety part.
