These Boards will be used for the Multi-Sensor Torpedo Recognition and Alertment Processor (MSTRAP) or Enhanced Processing System (EPS) and must be exact duplicates of those in the MSTRAP or EPS because compatibility is essential in order to preserve the integrity of the system. Delivery shall be F.O. B Destination to NUWCDIVNPT, Newport, Rhode Island by 30 June 1999. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 3577; the size standard is 1000 employees.
