The Bureau of Reclamation, PN Regional Office, Boise, Idaho, has a requirement for Facet software. We are looking for software equal to Facet software. At this time we anticipate a sole source award to Facet Decision Systems, Inc., 305-1505 West 2nd Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6H 3Y4 Canada, 604-606-8063. Submit your commercial specifications and basis for stating your software is equal to the Facet software to Sue Fraser, Bureau of Reclamation, 1150 N. Curtis Road, Suite 100, Boise, ID 83706-1234. All sources responding to this synopsis shall submit information relating to business status, including identification as to whether small, large, minority-owned, and/or woman-owned. The size standard is 7372, the standard industrial classification code is $18 million. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) and statement are issued as RFQ 1425-99-SQ-10-150. The RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11.
