The purpose of this synopsis is to amend a previously submitted synopsis numbered 296289 which included 30 Acoustic Data Recorders (ADR). This synopsis hereby changes that number to 140 ADRs and 52 ground replay units. The original number of 30 ADRs are for the base year of the contract and the additional 110 ADRs and 52 ground reply units are for three option years. NAVAIR still intends to negotiate with DRS, Precision Echo, Inc. since it is currently integrating this recorder on the Block Modification Update Program (BMUP).
