Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Architect-Engineer (A-E) Task Order Contract for multiple discipline architect-engineer services. Contractor will provide A-E services for projects such as facility maintenance, repair, alteration, construction, studies, inspections, design drawings, specifications and cost estimates. The primary work location is Pease Air National Guard Base, Newington, NH and secondary locations consist of National Guard facilities in New Hampshire, Vermont and Rhode Island. National Guard Contracting Offices within the New England geographic region may issue delivery task orders against this contract upon approval of the contracting officer. The A-E contractor shall provide expertise in architectural, civil, electrical, mechanical, structural, environmental, and construction inspection disciplines. The A-E contractor must have the ability to deliver contract requirements on short notice. Delivery Task Orders may be issued for a period of one (1) year from date of contract award with the option to extend the contract for four (4) additional one year periods. Individual task orders shall not exceed the cumulative amount of $2,000,000 per year and the maximum amount for any one individual task order shall not exceed $400,000. The $2,000,000 ceiling applies to each participating National Guard Contracting Office individually. An amount of $2,000 is guaranteed should no work be ordered under this contract.
