F -- UPDATE OZONE DEPLETEING SUBSTANCE (ODS) TRACKING SYSTEM SOL N00168-99-Q-XX40 DUE 040299 POC Ms. Tracy Holland (301) 295-0286 The National Naval Medical Center (NNMC) Bethesda, MD facilities management department is seeking sources to provide update of ozone depleting substances (ODS) tracking system to include data collection and verification. This requirement shall provide and secure all data, verification, filefolder system maintenance and required information including equipment information for approximately equipment 86 pieces of equipment containing in excess of 5lbs ODS, refrigerant tracking, technician certifications, equipment certifications, and any other miscellaneous data required by Navy ODS regulations and data-calls for both Command and tenant personnel in and around the National Naval Medical Center. The information update includes review of tracking purchases, storage, disposal, releases, recovery and recycling equipment, and certification of technicians and any associated. This contract shall have three separate reviews annually to be determined by requestor and award company. This contract shall be until duration of the task. All sources requesting copy of solicitation must provide proof of registration in the Contractor Central Registration (CCR) prior to award of the contract. This will include CAGE code, DUNS number and federal tax identification number(s). The government shall select the offeror which provides the greatest value to the government. Cost/price could become a determinative factor in selection. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions and/or negotiations.
