G -- TRANSITIONAL SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT SERVICES SOL RFP 200-0486-NE DUE 052199 POC Jacqueline Ponders, Contracting Officer (202)307-3069 Provide outpatient assessment and counseling for substance abuse treatment for male/female Federal offenders in the Bradford, Pennsylvania area, held under the authority of various United States Statues. A Firm-Fixed-Price-Requirements type contract with a two year base period and three one year options is anticipated. Services for the base period of October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2001 shall include services for five (5) inmates as follows: intake assessment (one per inmate), individual counseling (30 half hour sessions per inmate), and family counseling (3 half hour sessions per inmate). Services for each of the one year options shall include services for three (3) inmates as follows: intake assessment (one per inmate), individual counseling (30 half hour sessions per inmate) and family counseling (3 half hour sessions per inmate). All services shall be performed in accordance with the Transitional Services Statement of Work "Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) (Non-Residential) Substance Abuse Treatment" dated March, 1999. Proper licensing in the state of Maine is required. The estimated issue date for the Request for Proposals (RFP) is on or about April 22, 1999. The estimate closing date for the RFP is May 21, 1999.
