The December 23, 1998 Commerce Business Daily announcement subject Logistical Management Services is modified/amended as follows: The SIC code for this acquisition is corrected from 8741 to 8744. The size standard remains unchanged at $5 million. This acquisition will be conducted on a full and open competition basis; however, it will have subcontracting goals of no less than 25% of the total anticipated cost of the acquisition (20% for small business, 5% for small disadvantaged business (SDB)). The draft RFP is now scheduled for release on or about March 15, 1999. The industry preproposal conference is scheduled for Saturday, March 27, 1999. The final RFP is now scheduled to be released on or about April 30, 1999.
