Defense Supply Service-Washington, on behalf of The Office of the Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs (OASD (HA)) has a requirement to provide support for ongoing and future health care programs. The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain Technical, Administrative, and Managerial Advice and Assistance Services in support of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs (OASD(HA)), TRICARE Management Activity (TMA), the Military Health System (MHS), and associated DOD Activities. The Program Management and Integration acquisition will obtain (1) specialized opinions and professional and technical advice and assistance; (2) outside points of view to enhance understanding and develop alternative positions and solutions to various issues and problem areas; (3) improved program and/or project management of OASD (HA) systems and programs through advice, assistance and training to include program monitoring, acquisition and resource management, planning, and programming, and milestone and schedule tracking; (4) technical assistance in preparing and presenting OASD(HA) conferences; and (5) advice and assistance to improve information resources management, internal controls, and administration of OASD(HA) organizations.
