The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) is sponsoring an Advance Planning Briefing for Industry (APBI) to be held on May 17-18, 1999 at the Brunswick Hilton and Towers, East Brunswick, NJ. 2. The APBI will be one day in length, with the reception the previous evening. 3. The objective of the APBI is to provide industry current information on military research, development and sustainment programs while focusing on acquisition and investment opportunities available to industry within the next five years.
