materials to construct a solid waste cannister site on the Northern
Cheyenne Indian Reservation in Birney, Montana. The contractor shall
construct a solid waste disposal site consisting of a gravel (scorio)
pad, concrete ramp, and fencing. The contractor shall comply with OSHA
regulations regarding construction safety (CFR 1910 and 1926). A
preconstruction conference will be held prior to start of construction.
Packages will be available on or about April 9, 1999. The proposed
contract is set aside to 51% Indian-owned businesses pursuant to the
Buy Indian Act (25 USC 47). The range of this project is between
$50,000 and $100,000. Solicitation packages may be requested in writing
