Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, tools and labor required to perform the work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Work consists of but is not limited to: The replacement of existing generator sets at the Cape Newenham Power Plant with new sets. Ancillary tasks include the installation of an electronic engine monitoring system, upgrade of the lube-oil blending system, removal of the lube-oil purification system, and upgrade of day tank controls. Magnitude is between $500,000.00 -- $1,000,000.00. Performance period is 45 calendar days. Solicitation will be available on or about 12 APR 99 with a Closing Date of 14 MAY 99. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. A limited supply of packages shall be issued on a first come first serve basis. Specifications and drawings will be available on CD ROM only. The drawings are on Autocad 12. There will be no cost for the package. Package will be sent upon written request.
