This solicitation will be issued on an unrestrictive basis in accordance with DOD FAR Clause 252.219-7008. Replies are requested from all concerns as well as from large business concerns. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: removal of the existing chiller, air cooled condenser, hot water converter, hydronic pump and underground two pipe hydronic system serving the chapel area; provide a new air cooled packaged chiller, hot water converter, hydronic pump, new piping, and DDC controls; and provide two portable (2 ton capacity each) spot cooling units and all required supporting utilities (power, etc.) to provide temporary cooling of the assembly hall. All work will be performed on Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. The magnitude of this requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will be available on or near 09 Apr 99.
