Inspect/repair and bring all electrical in conformance with code. Connect telecommunications service to building. Remove and replace alarm system. Replace and/or install light fixtures. b. Inspect/repair and bring all plumbing in conformance with code. c. Clean and inspect the fireplace, furnace and heating system. d. Renovate bathroom to be handicap accessible. e. Replace and install new floor tile. Remove, reinstall and clean carpets. Install new stair treads. f. Replace north and south exterior doors with handicap accessible metal doors, screen doors and new hardware/locks. g. Install 1-inch aluminum white blinds throughout the building. Repair metal screens for all windows h. Remove wall paneling, repair and paint walls. i. Place concrete parking area and walkway and modify deck for handicap accessibility. j. Clean interior including, but not limited to:beams, ceiling fans, ceiling, inside and outside of cupboards, kitchen utilities, windows, walls, and carpets. k. Install sign at driveway entrance.
