16 -- VIBRATION MONITORING SYSTEM SOL NAAN6000904259SWT POC Sharon Webster-Tyson 816-426-7129 ext. 222 The U.S. Department Of Commerce, National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Aircraft Operations Center (AOC), intends to purchase a vibration monitoring system for MD-500D helicopter, N59RF, serial number 590510D. Installation will also be required. Contractor shall meet the following requirements: (1)Components and parts necessary for complete installation of vibration monitoring system (designed specifically for aircraft); (2)Labor and facility necessary for the installation; (3)The engineering data required and all required FAA documents. The minimum will be a FAA form 8110-3 and form 337. A Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) is desired, but not mandatory. If an STC is later developed, it shall be supplied to AOC at no additional cost; (4)A minimum of one year warranty on all parts and labor; (5)Field support for a minimum of one year. This shall include an analysis of recorded data and any questions on operation of the system. This requirement will be purchased under guidelines of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions.
