16 -- AIRCRAFT COMPONENTS AND ACCESSORIES POC Angela Franco, Phone (301) 342-1825 x107 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a modification to Task Order 0001, on an other than full and open competition basis, to an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-98-G-0018, with Boeing Defense and Space Group, Helicopters Division, P.O. Box 16858, Philadelphia, PA 19142-0858. This modification will incorporate additional Pump Ripple and Vibration testing into the existing order for engineering, qualification, and installation of form/fit/function replacement hydraulic utility pumps and associated work for the H-46 series helicopter. Boeing is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the H-46 series helicopter, and the only firm that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical data required to perform these efforts within the limited time constraints of the Navy.
