sooner. Inspection and acceptance at Origin, Inspection requirements:
52.246-2, 52.246-16, 52.246-11, ANSI/ASQC Q9002 or equivalent
Preservation and Packaging: Prepared IAW ASTM D 3951-95, Unit Package
shall be 001, Packing: Items shall be prepared for delivery IAW ASTM D
3951-95, Markings: Items shall be marked IAW ASTM-3951-95,"Government
Marking Requirements". Preparer Designation: Level of Preservation and

have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition.

required for approval of new supplies is such that award and delivery
cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. Firms are

solicitations by submitting a Source Approval Request (SAR) package to
