The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue, under full and open competition, a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the lease of one 256 Kbps full duplex circuit between Goddard Space Flight Center, Maryland and Onizuka Air Station, California. Delivery Schedule: 90 days ARO. Contract Period: 1 year with 4 one year option periods. The contract will be awarded to the responsive, responsible, technically acceptable offeror presenting the lowest life cycle costs for the life of the contract. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract.
