This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) and statement are issued as RFQ 16087. The Minerals Management Service has a requirement for Opticum software and maintenance as follows: Item 1: SK-OPC-EIS001 Opicum EIS Core Collector-Foundation; Item 2: SX-OPC-EIS004 Opticum EIS Assetview Daily Report on Network Infrastructures Inv.; Item 3: Annual maintenance for EIS Core Collector and EIS Assetview; Item 4: EIS-005 Y2K View provides reports of SNMP Manageable LAN/WAN Network Devices including publicity accessible Y2K compliance info & is licensed per SpectroServer; Item 5: Annual maintenance for Y2K. Quality one (1) each. No substitutions will be accepted. This is an all-or-none requirement. All sources responding to this synopsis shall submit information relating to business status, including whether small, large, minority-owned, woman-owned. DUNS and Federal Tax ID Numbers must be provided.
