The procurement includes the following: ARCVIEW GIS for Windows/NT, ARCVIEW GIS Upgrade Subscription for Windows NT, Spatial Analyst Extension for Windows/NT, Image Analyst Extension for Windows/NT, 3-D Analyst Extension for Windows/NT, Standard Maintenance for Windows. The period of performance for this agreement will be 30 March 1999 through 29 March 2000. Award of any other source would result in duplication of costs that are not expected to be recovered through competition and unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements.
