The Office of Inspector General (OIG) is an independent operational organization within the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has a requirement for the AutoAudit and AutoInvestigation Software, Version 1.0. HUD OIG is unaware of any other source, therefore HUD intends to issue a purchase order to Paisley Consulting, P.O. Box 578, Cokato, MN 55321. This purchase order will be issued in accordance with FAR 13.3. This Solicitation #AMI90000038 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This request has the following line item: (1) AutoAudit 2000 Software AutoInvestigation Version 1.0, Provide configuration package for use in adapting Paisley products to the needs of HUD OIG, Provide training to HUD OIG, Provide configuration services for both AutoAudit and AutoInvestigation, and provide consultant services to HUD in process of the configuration; Quantity one (1) each. Proposals will be evaluated and award shall be made to the responsible firm that satisfies the requirement at the lowest price.
