This is a standing solicitation for Federal Supply Schedule FSC Group 73, Part III, from which the Government contemplates award of contracts for supplies listed in the Schedule of Items covering 76 Special Item Numbers. This solicitation will remain in effect unless amended and/or replaced by an updated solicitation. There is no closing date for receipt of offers. All contracts will be indefinite delivery -- indefinite quantity contracts with $100 guaranteed minimum for the contract period. The following SINs are being revised on this solicitation: SIN 302-7 -- Microwaves. Various clauses including Clause I-FSS-599, Electronic Commerce -- Federal Acquisition Network (FACNET), which implements GSA Advantage (GSA's On-Line Shopping Program) are included. Acceptance of the Government Purchase Card is mandatory for payments equal to or less than the micro-purchase threshold for oral or written delivery orders. You must be capable of receiving payment by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) in accordance with Prompt Payment Act (31 U.S.C. 3903) and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-125, Prompt Payment.
