Davis, Contracting Officer, 410-477-7170 Architect-Engineer services are required for Project 512-251, "Loch Raven Adult Day Health Care." A/E to provide professional services in two phases to develop an adult day health care building, consisting of 3,500 square feet, housing toilet facilities, offices, activities rooms, mechanical spaces, storage, and other spaces, at the Baltimore Rehabilitation and Extended Care Center of the VA Maryland Health Care System. In the first phase, A/E will conduct an investigation and provide submissions for the most feasible approach to remodeling the existing structure and to demolishing the existing structure and constructing a new structure. In the second phase, A/E will provide design and construction period services to build the alternative chosen from the first phase. The construction cost is estimated at $705,000. A/E firms which meet the requirements described in this announcement are invited to submit a completed SF 254, "Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire" and SF 255, "Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire for Specific Project." Past record of performance on contracts with the Veterans Administration; and 5.
