The standard industrial code is 3479 and the business size standard is 500 employees. The agency need is for powder coating of lift fan blades. This requirement is for a fixed priced contract for line items as follows. Line Item 0001: POWDER COATING OF LIFT FAN BLADES to include prep, strip existing rubber coating, sandblasting, powder coat -- 134 scotch coat green to coated 135 scotch coat gray 16-20 mils, mask per instructions. All items are to be delivered to: Camp Pendleton, CA Mark for: ACU5 Acceptance shall be made at destination. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies.
