Contractor will be responsible for all logistics and administrative functions of the Sanctuary Advisory Council (SAC). Period of performance will be for one year, with an option to extend for one additional option year. All work will be performed at the MBNMS office in Monterey. Minimum contractor qualifications include (but are not limited to) a master's degree in marine affairs/marine policy or in a related field. Contractor must also possess at least one year experience in marine resource work. Work identified are not personal services; however, NOAA anticipates awarding contract to an individual.
