The laundry facilities shall be Contract-Owned Contractor-Operated (COCO)facilities. The services provided by the contractor shall include be not necessarily be limited to the following: (1)Contractor shall provide all phases of laundry and dry cleaning services in accordance with the schedule; (2) Contractor shall be given an inventory of Government linen and will direct exchange with activities turning in soiled linen; (3) Contractor shall operate on-site pick-up point and office to provide coordination with Government Representatives to supervise and administer contract performance; (4) Contractor shall ensure all units receiving laundry services maintain a current Notice of Delagation of Authority-Receipt for supplies on file; and (5) Contractor shall perform all work under sanitary conditions. Services shall commence 1 August 1999 or within 10 calendar days after receipt of contract award, whichever is later, and continue through 31 July 2000. This contract contains options to extend the term of the contract for four (4) additional one year periods. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid which will be considered.
