T -- PRINTING OF SUNBURST GRIZZLY NEWPAPER SOL DAHA04-99-T-0003 DUE 053099 POC Debra Fugate, Purchasing Agent, 805-594-6295 Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, supplies and materials necessary for publication of a quarterly civilian enterprise newpaper, "Sun-burst Grizzly" for the California National Guard. Publish circulation of 25,000 four quarters each year. The editorial staff of the California National Gurard will proofread all editorial and advertising material of the newpaper, checking security and accuracy of content. The contractor shall be responsible for paste-up of each page, printing of the newpaper and mailing, subject to the quidance, direction and supervision of the Commander of the Army National Guard or his/her designated representative. The contractor will be a single award no cost contract for a base year 1 June 99, or date of award through 31 May 00 with four (4) option years. All work will be at no cost to the government. The revenue which the contractor will receive from the sale of advertising in the newspaper shall constitute contractor's full payment. Approximate date of solicitation issueis 30 April 99.
