Construct five(5) miles of conventional four-wire interior barbed wire fence at six(6) remote locations on the Globe Ranger District of the Tonto National Forest. Fence locations are in extremely rough terrain with difficult access, therefore, materials will be required to be transported by pack animals. Contractor shall have 90 calendar days to complete the project. The solicitation will be available on or about April 5, 1999. Offerors shall submit written quotations in accordance with solicitation instructions. Award will be made to the offeror whose offer is the overall best value to the Government, considering price and past performance. Price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
