The project consists of the construction of a 5,500 square foot warehouse facility to provide mobility equipment storage. The facility construction consists of, but is not limited to, the following: civil work, concrete work, asphalt paving, structural steel, metal doors and frames, EPDM Membrane roofing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, drywall, insulation, fire detection and reporting system, fire suppression system and painting. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The solicitation will be issued on April 14, 1999 with Bid opening on May 14, 1999. The construction period is 150 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. Solicitation packets to include plans, specifications and the solicitation document will be made available at the USPFO for Wyoming, 5500 Bishop Blvd., Cheyenne, Wyoming 82009-3320. Please provide a $40.00 refundable deposit for each set of plans and specifications requested (checks will be made out to the U.S. Treasury).
