United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), AZ, Office of Contracting has a requirement to furnish all plant, labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to construct a 50' X 100' X 22' pre-engineered metal shop building (Bldg. 3971) and a 30' X 80' X 12' pre-engineered metal building (Bldg. 3970) with a conference room, offices, storage and restrooms. Completion required within 180 days after award. It is the Government's intent to award this action as an 8(a) set-aside, however, if unable to do so, we will award it on an unrestricted basis. A notice will be placed on our Web Page (http://www.yuma.army.mil/contracting) on 12 Apr 99 as to the Contracting Officer's decision.
