sole source contract to Lockheed Martin Aeronautical Systems, 86 South
Cobb Drive, Marietta, GA. 30063 to perform an analysis of alternatives
(AOA) for a total system performance support program for the S-3B
aircraft. The program will utilize the best organic and commercial
resources, interface with the S-3B Integrated Maintenance Concept
(IMC), achieve a reduction in S-3B Operating and Support costs and
improve aircraft readiness, reliability, maintainability and
supportability. Lockheed Martin, as the OEM, prime weapons system
integrator and developer of the S-3B Integrated Maintenance Program is
the only source that possesses the requisite knowledge of detailed
component design, airframe design and assembly, overall system
architecture and integration and reliability, maintainability and
