Furnish 20 fabricated floating mooring bitts. The floating mooring bitts must be fabricated from structural steel and corrosion resistance stainless steel with a greaseless type guide and thrust bushings. The floating mooring bitts will be used by commerical towboats and allow them to safely moor their tows in Ohio River lock chambers during lock operations. The contract will be for one base year and one option to be exercised at the Government's discretion. This acquisition is restricted to small business. The SIC is 3443 and the small business size standard is 500 employees.
