Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to add the following to the end of Section A -- Scope. The government will remove the lathe from site, skidd and box and make available for pick-up by contractors truck line. No contractor personnel will be required. The returned lathe will be uncrated, located, and wired to electrical box by the Government prior to the arival of the contractor's setup technician.
