This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number USSS990023 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). All references of "offers" are understood to be "proposals". The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-10. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The SIC code is 5063, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The U.S. Secret Service has a requirement for the purchase of new Senstar Stellar equipment and components.
