This acquisition is for a commercial item and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number DCA100-99-Q-4000 and is a full and open competition under SIC 3661. THE RFQ WILL BE RELEASED ON OR ABOUT 3 APRIL 1999. Proposals will be due on 19 APRIL 1999 at 2:00pm EST. Places of performance will be at locations in the Washington DC metropolitan area, which will be provided with the contract award. The RFQ will contain a detailed listing of equipment and quantities to be maintained. Offerors shall propose firm-fixed price labor rates. Offerors shall provide convincing information regarding their access to repair parts.
