Kirkpatrick, Contracting Officer, 202/514-5438 Provide outpatient assessment and counseling services for substance abuse treatment for male and female Federal offenders in the Cape Cod and Falmouth, Massachusetts areas, held under the authority of various United States Statutes. A firm-fixed-price requirements type contract with a two year base period and three one year options is anticipated. Services for the base period of October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2001 shall include services for 5 inmates as follows: intake assessment (one per inmate), individual counseling (30 half hour sessions per inmate), group counseling (30 half hour sessions per inmate), and family counseling (3 half hour sessions per inmate). Services for each of the one year options shall include services for (3) inmates as follows: intake assessment (one per inmate), individual counseling (30 half hour sessions per inmate), group counseling (30 half hour sessions per inmate) and family counseling (3 half hour sessions per inmate). All services shall be performed in accordance with the Transitional Services Statement of Work "Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) (Non-residential) Susbtance Abuse Treatment" dated March 1999. Proper licensing in the state of Massachusetts is required. The estimated issue date for the Request for Proposals (RFP) is on or about April 22, 1999.
