The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a sole source modification under Contract N00019-98-C-0006 to Alliant Defense Electronics Systems (ADES). ADES will modify, test and deliver five existing PN 2643464, Repeater Test Sets to the latest revision of the ADES PN 263464, AN/AAR-47 System Test Sets. The contractor will build, test and deliver two PN 2643382, Sensor Stimulators and quantity 63 PN 2643464, AN/AAR-47 System Test Sets. The contractor will modify, test and deliver quantity 61 PN TS4478 AN/AAR-47 Flight Line Test Sets to the latest revision of ADES PN 2643382, Sensor Stimulator. As the designer and developer of both versions of the Flight Line Test Set (FLTS), ADES is the only known source available to provide the required effort in the required time-frame.
