This effort provides services to develop products for the semiannual HFE TAG meetings and provide technical and coordinating support to the TAG prior to, during, and between meetings. Negotiations are planned solely with Sheryl Cosing because of her unique skills and qualifications. Ms. Cosing has several years of experience in performing these services.
