Customer Relationship Metrics will provide the services required to design and implement a Completely Automated Telephone (CAT) survey. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this requirement no later than 15 days from the published date of the announcement to the above address. The determination by the Government not to complete the proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government.
