The proposed services include the following: item management; publications/technical data management; equipment management; maintenance engineering; depot production management; system engineering; quality assurance and acquisition support; and provide resources to include labor; equipment; tools; materials; facilities; and transportation. Procuring these services will be under the guidelines of OMB Circular A-76. Under this guidance AMCOM will down-select, using best value, to the most competitive offeror who will then be compared to the Government's Most Efficient Offeror.
