R -- MISSOURI AND NEBRASKA TITLE VI SERVICES BYPASS SOL ED-99-R-0015 DUE 061799 POC Alice Mihill, Contract Specialist, 202-708-8373 The U.S. Department of Education intends to negotiate with Blue Hills Homes Corporation, 1020 E. 63rd Street, Kansas City, MO 64110 and Nebraska Agent for Non-Public Schools in Federal Programs, 2121 South 114 Street, Omaha, NE 68144, on a sole source basis to provide children enrolled in private non-profit schools that chose to participate in Title VI, with secular, neutral and non-ideological services, materials and equipment or other benefits as will assure equitable participation in Title VI. Blue Hills Homes Corporation has provided Title VI services in Missouri for the last 17 years. Nebraska Agent for Non-public Schools in Federal Programs has provided Title VI services in Nebraska for the last 30 years. Blue Hills Home Corporation and Nebraska Agent for Non-public Schools in Federal Programs were the only offerors who submitted proposals in the 1985, 1990, and 1994 competitions.
