This is a Solicitation for Sources capable of performing Management Consulting Services to facilitate a strategic planning initiative, including analysis of mission and strategies, for the plant management team that will start up and operate a pilot plant at the Aberdeen Chemical Agent Disposal Facility underway in Edgewood, MD. SCOPE OF WORK: 1) Design and facilitate an integrated series of proactive review, analysis and replanning sessions for members of the plant management team. 2) Organize and conduct ten (10) sessions, up to two (2) full days each, over twelve month period, in either Bel Air, MD or Houston, TX 3) Prepare and submit a summary report for each session no later than 10 days after the session. 4) Assist plant management team as needed to prepare final Strategic Initiatives Plan QUALIFICATIONS: 1) Consultant must present experience with facilitating strategic planning initiatives for hazardous waste management teams at RCRA permitted facilities. 2) Experience must be current andstate-of-the-art 3) Consultant myst be U.S. Citizen or resident alien 4) Consultant must be totally responsive to scheduling changes up to 24 hours prior to any scheduled sessions 5) Consultant myst personally attend ALL sessions -- no substitutes -- to maintain continuity throughout entire project 6) Consultant must possess excellent oral and written skills If you have proven capability to provide these services submit details of your qualifications to Valerie Williams, Bechtel National, Inc. via FAX (713) 572-3119 or E-MAIL vlwillia@bechtel.com.
