The General Services Administration is interested in obtaining an assignable, no cost option to purchase a site which is capable of meeting the following requirements: A minimum of 6 acres, able to accommodate a 26,000 occupiable square foot office building for the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Accommodation should also be made for a 3,000 occupiable square foot vehicle storage area, on-site or adjacent to the building. A 100-foot minimum setback from the entrance of the building to the public parking area. Separate employee parking must be located adjacent to the office with the capability of being enclosed and screened from view. Must be located in a modern office development setting with well-maintained surroundings and in consonance with a professional image. Location amenities including but not limited to available public transportation within walking distance and moderately priced fast food or eat-in restaurants within 5 blocks.
