The Army National Guard of Connecticut requires reconstruction of aircraft parking pavement at the Army Aviation Support Facility at Bradley International Airport, Windsor Locks, CT. The work includes but is not limited to: removal of exisiting concrete tie down pads; bituminous pavement and base reclamation; formation of subgrade and grading of subbase; installation of new asphalt pavement, new concrete taxilanes and new concrete tie down pads. The period of performance is 210 calendar days. The estimated range of the construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A firm fixed price contract is expected.
